Our studio will expertly embroider your details onto the fabric. Because we use premium cotton with "fold-memory," your custom detail will remain crisp and beautiful, knot after knot, for years of celebrations to come.

At Nicholas & Rose, we take great pride in the bespoke nature of our hand-finished wraps. Because each personalised piece is custom-embroidered specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that your wrap arrives with a fault or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt:
- Email us: Reach out to admin@nicholasandrose.co.uk with your order number.
- Attach Photographs: Please include clear images of the fault or damage so we can assess the issue.
- Resolution: Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, whether that be a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
